Meaning Making
Meaning Making is an exhibition showcasing the recent work of Benjamin Lowder. Using materials such as vintage metal signs and reclaimed architectural elements, Lowder creates complex assemblages that subvert and transform the familiar consumerist advertising tropes into new signs or symbols – those that point the viewer back to nature.
Aliens from Inner Space
Aliens from Inner Space is a group exhibition showcasing work from Neeka Allsup, Benjamin Bradshaw, and Sam Kampelman. Though these local artists’ backgrounds and approaches vary widely, they are united in a sensibility: the creation of alternative, alien realities from a far-off past or a not-so-distant future. Drawn from real and imagined influences, these abstract-representational artworks can be seen as both inner and outer worlds.
J.B. Nearsy: BudapeSt. Louis
Untitled Fine Art is pleased to present BudapeSt. Louis, an exhibition highlighting work from J.B. Nearsy’s recent residency in Budapest, Hungary. The collection of abstract, geometric, and emotive works invites us to consider the connections between our homes and the foreign, and how we distinguish the two.
Dani Collette: Color, Light, Play
“My first interaction with glass was at my Grandparent’s house; a place I believe is full of magic. My Grandfather was a stained glass artist utilizing a vibrant color palette. Prisms hanged in windows, and art on every wall and surface. Around every corner were aesthetic treasures. My practice seeks to nurture those feelings of whimsy, discovery, and magic within you.”
